Absolutely and I am glad that you did. I have brought the matter to Geoffrey’s attention at Club Express.

I cleared nothing, and used the same computer & browser I've been using.

No big deal to log in if it only demands it once a month or whatever, so don't worry about it.

I just thought it kinda weird and so I thought I'd mention it.

It should only reprompt you if you have a) cleared your web browser cache or b) used a new and different browser on the same or different computer.

Had the site demand a log-in again today. Been a while, I wonder if it's programmed to ask after X amount of time has gone by.

HI Arnold,

Did your member clear their browser cache or switch browsers? The Remember Me issue has been fixed awhile ago.

Regards,
Geoffrey

Just when I got the "ignore the log-in prompt" thing figured out....
today the log-in prompt never came up. Clicked member log-in and went straight to the forums.

Geoffrey's right. When the log-in page comes up, just click on "forums" and it goes right there. Thanks for the tip.

Hello Everyone

Thank you for the clarification Geoffrey.

Please note everyone that the Persistent Login is working as expected at the current moment. YES, your user name and password does popup on a page and you need to click login to proceed. Clubexpress is working on this so that your computer remembers you on the website and passes your login information to the website so that you will not see the login page in the futue.

Please Stand By One……..

HI Arnold

It is working, the members are logged in, even if the login page is being displayed. They can just click to the page they want to see instead. We are testing the fix this week, which he hope if all goes well it will be resolved by weeks end.

When I log-in, I can just click on the Member Login button in the upper right corner. My name then appears in the same spot. I can then access the Forums or other website feature with no other action. There is a page that comes up asking for log-in information as soon as my name appears in the upper right corner but I don't need to fill in anything in order to access the website.

Yet more of these comments about login issues Geoffrey. We need to address them soon please.

Did something on the website change recently re log ins? I used to be able to just click "member log in" on the forums page and I was in. A couple weeks ago, the site started requiring me to type in user name & password every time after I clicked "member log in"-- even though I was logged in already since my name (not user name, my name) was displayed at the top righthand corner of the page.  I always click "remember me on this computer" and since my name is displayed, the site does remember me-- but apparently it just doesn't trust me!

Geoffrey

Any ideas?
