Arnold,

The ClubExpress Support guy's explanation was correct. When I posted my pictures they were too wide and moved the "reply" icon off the page. When I switched to threaded view I could reply. Thank you for pursuing that to an end.

Back to posting photos. In my own case I looked around after your references to rich text editor in email settings. What I did was in the

user profile page I went to "Authoring Messages" settings category toward the bottom. There you need to select "Advanced-With Formatting Tools" instead of the simple setting. That makes the posting tools appear, like adding an image, a quote, or a link. With that anyone with photo files on their computer should be able to add a picture to a text.

Thank you for your efforts on this site. I hope participation picks up. It's been so quiet for so long I don't think many users drop in and those that do seem to be passive and not post. That's a shame, too. This community has much to share.

Funny. Here we go again. My cut and paste of the Authoring Messages page  view has moved the editing tool and some of my text off the page. I guess I need to figure out how to re-size attachments so I stop creating my own problems!  :-)

Hey Stewart

We are all new at this!

If you go back to the Problems Forum, or any Forum, and switch to Thread View you will see the REPLY and other Thread icons appear.

For some reason, they do not appear when you are in Flat View. I have copied Club Express Support regarding this “feature” to see if it is working as expected.

No one locks my Club Members out of a Forum Stewart, unless they behave really, really, really badly. And even then………

Arnold,

I didn't have questions. I replied to help Hilltop figure out the picture posting process and demonstrated it in my post. For some reason once you replied to my post my ability to participate in that thread is disabled. I can read it but can't replay. I can reply and post in other threads. I figured you locked it.

No SIR. I did not lock you out of any part of our club website.

I will look into this in the morning as it is 2am EST for me and I have to get to bed.

I will look into this but I have not, nor has anyone to my knowledge, restricted you. That’s just now how we do things ok. Never.
